Our Story
Temov Brewery is the first and oldest Macedonian Craft Brewery. We consider ourselves pioneers in the new Macedonian beer era and are not afraid to break the boundaries. That is also what our beer represents.
In 2009 we opened our beer bar “Old Town Brewery” in the heart of the Skopje’s Old Town, dreaming of one day producing our own beer. Finally, in 2015 we fulfilled our dream and started to produce our craft.
Following the old German beer law “Reinheitsgebot”, our beer is made with only 4 ingredients: barley, hops, yeast, water… and a great passion for good beer!
Made by world-traditional beer recipes our craft does not contain preservatives, artificial colors, and flavors. We produce 100% natural DONKEY Pilsner, I.P.A., Porter, Weiss, Ginger, seasonal crafts, and limited edition beers.
Now, on our new location in Ilinden Muncipality, where the tasty DONKEY beers are, our brewery found its home.
We invite you to visit our new industrial American style brewery space, where we organize beer tours, degustation, team buildings, and many other event possibilities in our amazing style event space & brewery.
